135 images of some of the worlds most beautiful women like Gisele Bundchen, Kate Moss, Bridget Bardot are being auctioned at Christie’s on April 10th. The pictures belong to German collector Gert Elfering and also includes shots done by legendary photographers such as Helmut Newton and Horst P Horst. But two portraits photographed by Irving Penn – one of Bundchen and Moss – is expected to be priced at a hefty £20,000 each. As one of the most influential and successful photographers in the world, owning an original Penn would be a prestige, but a nude Gisele would probably appeal more to men. Perhaps Leornado DiCaprio?
His other pieces though are down right raw and sombre but out of this world.
